I’ve had such a great response for my Pumpkin Patch sessions. Here are a few shots from a session I did earlier this week. They were so much fun to work with and I had such a great time taking these.
Jacob, the little boy, was so playful and had me grinning from ear to ear at that sweet little smile of his! Kate is only 4 weeks old! What a DOLL! She had everyone at the patch ooo-ing and ahh-ing over her. What a great day!

You may remember the maternity session I did of a couple and their three year old boy, Tyler, a few months back. You may also remember Tyler from his famous Train Track pics I took a couple years ago. Well, Tyler now has a brand new sister, Lyla!

I may be one of very few, but I just love a photo of a newborn crying. I think some of the most precious shots are of those sweet little tears and tiny little mouths open. There’s just something about that soft, gentle sound of newborn cries. I love it.

Bailey!
She should be arriving any day now! I did a photo shoot of this sweet couple last month. It’s been a crazy past couple months for me, so i’m just now getting around to posting these. I love this couple… they were so much fun to photograph!

So in the midst of all I have going on right now, my sis and I decided to take our girls to the pumpkin patch this afternoon. My hubby and I call my 3 year old our little “punkin” …hence the title of this post.
I was able to do some much needed computer work this morning, so after finishing, I justified taking a few hours for myself and Felicity this afternoon. Yet, I am still working on editing pictures for a recent wedding, maternity session, newborn session, family session, senior portrait, designing 2 albums, taking orders and scheduling new appointments. Ahh the holidays are approaching… and i love it! Which, speaking of, if you haven’t already checked my Christmas Card line, you better take a look! Okay, back to the main post. When i told Felicity we were going to pick pumpkins at the pumpkin patch this morning, for the rest of the day she kept saying “Yay! I can’t wait to pick pumpkin patches! Let’s hurry and go pick pumpkin patches!” You had to be there. It was cute.

I did a session of 3 adorable kids a couple weeks ago. The only trouble is, they don’t like smiling for the camera, however, you would never know it from the pictures! Part of the fun of being a photographer (and the wonderful mom of these 3) is making a fool of yourself just to get a laugh. Well, at the end of it all, I got quite a few shots that i’m very happy with! Here are just a few from that oh so fun day.
